SSR series Roots blower application:

Mainly used in sewage treatment (aeration), powder transportation (cement, feed, etc.), combustion furnace, washing, vacuum packaging.

SSR Roots blower series product features:

1. The spiral shape is a fixed spiral method of more than 20 degrees. The air intake and exhaust shielding wires of the casing are cut into the spiral, and the triangular air intake and exhaust ports formed by the smooth lines on the top of the rotor are opened sequentially by the rotation of the rotor.

2. Because the rotor is a three-leaf linear shape, it does not make the rotors contact with each other due to the small axial displacement like the spiral fan.

3. Because the rotor adopts a special shape, it is convenient to maintain the mutual clearance between the rotors.

4. Mass production of rotors using CNC machine tools.

5. Manufacturing. Therefore, the adverse interference from the gear to the product is completely excluded.

6. The output air is clean and does not contain any oily dust. There is no need for oil lubrication inside the casing, and a structural design is adopted to prevent bearing and gear oil from mixing into the inside of the casing.
